Quartz, known as "maban" in Australian Aboriginal mythology and referred to as "grianchloch" in Irish, holds significance in burial sites like Newgrange and Carrowmore in Ireland, and was widely utilized globally by prehistoric cultures for crafting stone tools, including vein quartz and rock crystal.
This mini quartz crystal geode contains a faux resin pool of water and is home to a couple of hand-painted 1:160 scale figures in a canoe, so no two works are alike.
